Renee T. Shiao, M.D.
Dr. Renee Shiao completed her undergraduate studies in 2004 at the University of California – Berkeley, where she also received a Master’s Degree in Public Health in 2006. She then moved to New Orleans and earned her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in 2010. She completed her internship at University of California – San Francisco in 2011 before returning to New Orleans to complete her residency in Internal Medicine in 2013 and her fellowship in Gastroenterology in 2016. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Dr. Shiao joined Regional Digestive Specialists in 2016 and has staff privileges at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula and Ocean Springs Hospital in Ocean Springs.
Dr. Shiao is married with two young boys and enjoys travel and cooking.
